Goods and Services

The Roots of Play team offers the following goods and services available for purchase through our website:
a. Retreats and workshops as advertised under Retreats and Workshops
b. Online programmes as advertised under Online Courses
c. Custom Workshops as advertised under Custom Workshops
d. Bespoke packages as advertised under Bespoke Packages

The Roots of Play team reserves the right to add, remove or change the goods and services offered for purchase from time to time without notice.

Ordering Goods and Services

You may place an order for the purchase of goods or services offered by Roots of Play through the payment method listed on the relevant page. All orders are subject to availability. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

The personal information you provide will be used only in the course of business.

All prices are set on their individual pages or will be sent, in writing prior to payment being made.

Intellectual Property

All rights (including copyright) in the content and materials provided to you on the Online Store (including all films, videos, images, photographs, instructions, feedback, voice recordings and other communications in any form) are owned by Roots of Play. You agree not to distribute, reproduce and/or otherwise disseminate such materials and/or pass them off as your own without the prior written consent of Roots of Play. Roots of Play will take appropriate legal action for any illegal or unauthorised use of the MA Materials.

Cancellation and refund policy:

We can offer a 50% refund of the full amount paid for retreats if cancelled more than 30 days prior to the retreat starting.

There is no possibility of refund or cancellation when purchasing workshops or retreats within 30 days of the start date of the workshop/retreat.

However, you may find a substitute to attend in your place, provided you notify us by emailing rootsofplay@gmail.com at least 14 days prior to the retreat.

In some cases, payment from one workshop or retreat may be transferred across to another future event in agreement with the event organisers. This must be agreed to, in writing, by emailing rootsofplay@gmail.com

For all online programmes, there is no possibility of concellation or refund.

Retreats and Workshops

The Roots of Play team reserves the right to remove any participant that they deem to be behaving in a way which puts themselves, other participants or the Roots of Play team at risk. Workshops and retreats must be paid for in full in advance of the start date. Information regarding the location, start times and travel information may be delayed due to payments not having been made in full.

Your information

Information collected through Squarespace for the retreats and workshops will be held in a secure location and will be destroyed 2 years after the final date of the retreat. Information is recorded for safety purposes only and will not be passed on to any third party without written consent being made prior. If you would liek your information removed from our database please make a written request, with your full name to rootsofplay@gmail.com

Final Provisions

You declare that you have familiarised yourself with these terms and conditions before submitting the order to us and that you agree with them.

The terms have been formulated and established in good faith to govern the legal relationship between Roots of Play and you. If any competent authority should determine that any one or more of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions of this Agreement.
